What this site is

This site is informational: it describes Ovant's services, pricing, and process, and lets you book a discovery call. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer of services — actual engagements are governed by a separately signed Services Agreement.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding of this site belong to Ovant. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without permission.

No warranty

This site and its content are provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current but don't guarantee it's error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ovant is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. This does not limit liability under any signed Services Agreement, which has its own terms.

Third-party links

This site links to third-party services (e.g. Cal.com for booking). We aren't responsible for the content or practices of those third-party sites — see their own terms and privacy policies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway.

Changes

We may update these terms as the business grows. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
